1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Heels vs Faces (the “Game” or “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Heels vs Faces is a desktop wrestling simulation application for Mac and Windows where players can create and manage their own wrestling companies, book shows, manage wrestlers, and compete in single or multiplayer modes. The base application is provided as a free-to-play service, with potential optional purchases such as downloadable content (“DLC”) or marketplace items.

3. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the use of the Service by minors under their care.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

7. Game Content and Virtual Items

Any virtual items, characters, or progress within the Game have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time.

Users may submit or create content within the Service (e.g., custom wrestlers, promotions, storylines, or other user-generated content). You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you grant Heels vs Faces a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt such content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

8. Purchases And Refunds

While the base Game is free-to-play, optional purchases such as DLC, expansions, or marketplace items may be offered.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise by Heels vs Faces. Refund requests must comply with the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

• We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heels vs Faces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Wrestling Content Disclaimer

Heels vs Faces is a simulation game featuring entirely fictional wrestling content. The Game is not affiliated with any real wrestling promotions, wrestlers, or organizations. All characters, storylines, and events within the Game are original creations intended for entertainment purposes only.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
